Questions
Before you buy.
Is Evonex free right now?
Yes, while it's in beta: every plan checks out at $0 and no card is asked for. The prices above are what applies once billing goes live — you'll get notice in the app and here first.
How is the bot priced?
By the pack of instances you pick, per 30 days. Counts between two packs buy the next pack up, and past the top pack each extra instance adds a flat amount, shown in the ladder.
What is a Coordex seat?
One seat scans one server's coordinates for your whole account. Add a seat per server you play, point it at that server from the app, and move it later if you change servers.
Can I change my plan mid-period?
Yes. Adding instances or seats is charged for the days left in your period; dropping instances refunds the same way to your card. Coordex seats can be stopped at renewal rather than dropped mid-period.
How do I stop?
Stop renewing from your account page. Your paid term runs to its end date, nothing is deleted, and you can resume any time before then.
Do I need the app?
Yes — Evonex runs on your Windows machine. Buying here or in the app is the same plan; the app picks it up as soon as it's active.
