Plan

The view you watch: the game day, what is still owed, what the bot takes next and in what order, and the runs so far.

The Plan view shows how this account's game day is going. It changes nothing but the Game calendar switch: every setting lives on Duties and Task setup, and clicking a row here takes you to where it is set. Every theme shows the same facts — the reset, the server’s event round, the keep’s shield, the buffs, what is still owed today, what the bot takes next and in what order, and the runs so far — each in its own layout:

Where: Instances ▸ open an instance ▸ Plan. The view refreshes every 2 seconds. The page itself does not scroll; each list scrolls on its own.

Set it up

The only control on this view is the Game calendar switch. To make the view useful:

  1. Switch tasks and duties on, and drag your tasks into the order you want, on Duties.
  2. Leave the Game calendar switch on ON so the view can name the server’s round.
  3. Press Start in the header and watch the day fill in.

The facts across the top

Game day · Next reset
Time left until the server's daily reset, such as 10h 42m, and under it the reset time on both clocks — 07:00 server · 09:00 your time. Every server resets at 00:00 US Pacific time; daily limits and daily tasks roll over there. Prism shows the countdown in LATER TODAY (7h 29m to the reset) and on the Plan facet of the rail.
Game calendar · Monarch Competition
Which Monarch Competition round the server is running today. On most weeks the round follows from the calendar; during an SvS week it is read from the game once a day and shows Unknown until then. Under it, the weekend clock: SvS purge starts in 1d 1h 14m, SvS begins in …, SvS ends in …, Kill Event in … or Kill Event ends in …, with the next SvS day. Hover the round for more.
ON / OFF
The Game calendar switch — an ON pill on Aurora’s card, an ON | OFF pair on Standing Watch’s, a light switch beside MONARCH COMPETITION on Prism's. ON lets Evonex read the server's event round once a game day — about 20 seconds — so the round can be named. OFF stops the read and forgets the last reading, so the round shows Unknown. Default: ON.
Protection · Shield
Whether the keep is shielded: Until 19:31 with the duty and time left under it (Bubble the keep · 17h 44m left, renews 30m early), or No bubble, Not checked, Checking…, Skipped, Done, or Off with Turn on Bubble the keep to shield this city. It says exactly what the Bubble the keep row says. Click it in Prism to open that duty.
Buffs
Aurora and Standing Watch: one switched-on buff at a time, turning every 5 seconds — its name, its state (Until 14:32, Waiting, Lapsed, Capped, Idle, Checking… and so on) and a short reason. It opens on the buff that most needs attention, and 2 of 4 is its place in the turn. Hover it to hold it still and to read every buff in the tooltip. Prism: every switched-on buff as a chip with the time it has left (March speed 11m) or its word (lapsed), the most urgent first; what does not fit waits behind +N more, whose hover lists them all, and every chip opens its duty. With no buff on it reads Off — Turn one on under Buffs on Duties. See Buffs.

The Solo strip

When a task is in Solo (switched from its row on Duties), a strip appears above the day: Solo — only Rally Joiner runs, with Every other task and every duty stands down until you exit Solo. Protection will not renew. What the bot takes next and today's work then show only that task — in Prism the order narrows to its one row and the prism sends one ray to it. If the soloed task is switched off, the strip says so and that nothing will run.

Aurora: the day band

One strip from reset to reset, with the time of day marked along the top.

Solid blocks
Runs that happened, toned by outcome: green ok, red failed, blue stopped, grey skipped. Hover a block for its start time, name, duration and outcome; click it to open that run in the Activity Monitor.
Open block at the cursor
The run in progress.
NOW cursor
The current moment.
Hollow rings
When each waiting job is expected next, from the bot's current read. Hover a ring for its time, name and reason. A job with no predictable moment — a watcher, a task waiting for a free march — gets no ring.
Lanes
Plan tasks run along one lane. A second lane for duties appears once a duty has something to show.
Crunch zone
A hatched stretch before the reset, drawn when the day has more daily work left than time: from there duties start cutting in, one at a time.
in line:
Under the axis, the waiting jobs in the order they will be taken — 1 Champions · 2 Resource Gathering · Rally Joiner watches in between. Tasks and duties both appear. A line longer than the card slides sideways; faded ends with arrows show there is more. Hover a name for its expected time.
dailies start cutting in ~21:40 (4 still to do)
At the right end of the same line when a crunch is coming: when it starts and how much is still owed.

Aurora: zooming the band

Click an empty stretch
Zooms in around that point: whole day, then 6 hours, then 90 minutes. At 6 hours each ring gains its time; at 90 minutes each block carries its name and duration.
‹ 6h / ‹ 90m
The chip at the top left while zoomed. Click it to step back out. Tooltip: back to the whole day.
Day gauge
The thin strip along the top while zoomed shows where the view sits in the day. Click or drag it to move the view. Tooltip: the whole day — click to move the view.
Drag
While zoomed, drag across the band to move along the day.
NOW arrow
When the current moment is outside the view, an arrow points to it. Tooltip: NOW is outside this view — click to follow it.
Right-click
Zooms out one step.
Mouse wheel
Once you have clicked the band, the wheel zooms in and out. Before that the band ignores the wheel.
Keys
After clicking the band: Esc whole day, + zoom in, - zoom out, ← / → move by a quarter of the view, Home / End start / end of the day, N centre on now.

Standing Watch: the scope and IN LINE

Instance scope
NORTHWATCH'S DAY with OVERLAY: PLAN: the game day as one ring, the reset at the top and NOW as the red sweep.
Past runs
Solid marks where each run started (● done, ✕ failed, ⊘ stopped, ○ the rest). Hover a mark for its time, length and outcome; click it to open the run.
Running now
An open red ring at NOW, named in the middle: RUNNING NOW · RALLY JOINER · since 04:12 · 7H 39M TO RESET.
Forecasts
Hollow marks at the minute each waiting job is expected. The next hour is drawn again on a magnified outer ring, each mark with its number in the line, so the next few jobs never crowd.
Crunch
Hatched from the moment the dailies start cutting in to the reset (CRUNCH ~21:40); hover it for the sentence.
Watchers
A dotted ring with no clock — RALLY JOINER WATCHES IN BETWEEN.
After the reset
Jobs the line holds past the reset are named at the top seam, such as 9·10·11 → ~13:20.
Place in the line
Each UP NEXT row carries a square badge with its number in the line (the head solid) — the same number its mark and its IN LINE square carry.
IN LINE
Along the foot: the line as numbered squares, panning between ‹ and › rather than wrapping, with the crunch notice pinned right.

Prism: the refraction

NEEDS YOU
One glass card per thing that wants you: a failure (its name and when it failed, what to do, and › to open the run — with retries ~15:10 · in 24m when a retry is set), a setup gap (Fix ›), the keep unshielded (› opens Bubble the keep), or a game calendar that could not be read. Cards that do not fit wait behind +N more; hover it to open the stack. With nothing to do: All clear, such as no failures since 17:46.
SO FAR TODAY
The day from the reset to NOW as a beam of light: each run a gem at its start — a mint one done, a larger red one failed, a neutral one stopped — and the run in flight a violet stretch to NOW. Quiet hours already slept are a dashed stretch marked quiet. The tally over it reads like 133 runs · 123 ✓ 2 ✕ 8 ⊘. Hover a gem to name its run; click it to open the run.
The prism and NOW
The beam enters the prism at NOW (the NOW 05:00 pill above it). Running, the prism is lit and sends a ray to every row of the order. Resting or paused it turns violet and its rays dashed; recovering, orange; stopped, it is dark glass and sends no light.
LATER TODAY
The countdown to the reset (7h 29m to the reset), then the moments still ahead today: the next break, a buff or the shield that renews or runs out, quiet hours, the dailies cutting in, and the reset itself.
UP NEXT
The bot’s order, with no clocks. The header says what the order is now: the bot's read now, held while it rests, paused · the order holds or stopped · the order it will take; under it, while the bot runs, Rally Joiner watches in between.
The head of the line
Row 1, larger, with the reason it is next (holding, every 1h — waiting) and needs setup › when a setup gap blocks it.
Rows
A bead with the place in the line (◇ a duty, ○ a task), the name, RETRY when its last attempt failed, and its usual length (~43s) once measured. Click a row to open the task or duty on Duties.
AFTER THE RESET
A rule before the jobs the line holds past the reset.
TODAY'S WORK
STILL TO DO TODAY (goals with a progress bar, then the rest as chips), NO DEADLINE (with running now on the one running) and DONE TODAY (✓ and the name; a task’s done 12:34 opens the run that did it). Everything switched on appears once — in the order or here. On a narrower window it stands under the order.

Today's work (Aurora and Standing Watch)

Everything switched on for today, tasks and duties together, in three sections. Standing Watch draws it as a ruled ledger with row → its settings in its header.

TO DO
Something the game day requires that is not done yet: a daily duty, or a task with a daily rhythm or a goal.
NO DEADLINE
Every other switched-on task — a watcher, a march task, an every-few-hours task, a manual one. The day does not require them, so they are never behind.
DONE
The TO DO items finished for today.

Each row:

○ · ✓
Open, no deadline, done.
№3
A task's place in your order on Duties. Duties carry no number; their order is set by importance.
!
The task has a setup gap. The Overview's Needs setup card says what.
done 13:58
On a finished task: when the run that did it ended. Click it to open that run. A finished duty shows no time.
Second line
The row's rhythm or reason, such as once a day, whenever the screen is free, always watching, when a march is free or only when you press Run.
Duties fill idle time between tasks, and cut in one at a time as the reset nears.
Printed under the list while a duty is still to do.
Clicking a row
A task row takes you to Duties, a duty row opens that duty's settings on Duties, and a finished task with a receipt opens its run. Hover a row to see which.
A task you have switched off gets no row here — it is not owed. It stays on Duties with its switch. With nothing switched on the list reads Nothing is switched on. Turn a task or a duty on from Duties and the day gets a plan., and with no tasks at all No tasks yet. Add one on Duties and the day gets a plan.

Up next (Aurora and Standing Watch)

What the bot would take next, up to ten rows, each with its reason. The header reminds you: the bot's read now — times move.

Time
now for the head of the line, ~14:20 for an estimate (Thu ~14:20 when it falls on another day), or no clock when the job has no predictable moment.
Name
Aurora prints the next job larger than the rest.
Number
Standing Watch: the row's place in the line, in a square badge.
DUTY
Marks a duty; tasks are unmarked.
Reason
The bot's own reason for the row, in full.
Clicking a row
Opens the task on Duties, or the duty's settings.
Empty
Nothing is on a clock. Tasks with no deadline wait for their own trigger — they are under Today's work.

Reports (Aurora)

The last 7 game days, newest first. Every run is filed under the game day it started in, so the reset never loses anything — today simply becomes yesterday. Standing Watch and Prism show today's runs on the scope and the beam, and past days in the Overview’s Activity Monitor and the Dashboard.

Day header
Click to open or close a day; TODAY opens by itself. On the right, the day's runs and outcomes — 11 runs · 9 ✓ · 1 ✕ · 1 ⊘, leaving out anything that is zero.
TODAY
Every run in order: time, outcome (✓ ✕ ⊘ ·), name, and what it got. Hover a failed run for the reason and, when there is one, the retry time. Click a row to open the run in the Activity Monitor. Reads no runs yet today before the first run, and +N more runs past 60.
Earlier days
Grouped by task instead of by time: each task with its tally and what it produced, such as Ymir Lv6 ×10, with +N more when the list is long. A day with no runs is left out.
Empty
No runs in the last 7 game days. The first report opens with the first run.

Troubleshooting

A task I switched on is not in Today's work.
Check its own switch on Duties — a switched-off task gets no row. Watchers and march tasks sit under NO DEADLINE, not TO DO. In Prism, a task already in the UP NEXT order is not repeated under TODAY’S WORK.
Up next says no clock.
That job has no moment the bot can predict: a watcher, a task waiting for a free march, or a buff waiting for the task it rides with. It runs when its trigger comes.
The times in Up next keep changing.
They are re-estimated every few seconds. Only the order and the head of the line are firm.
Prism shows no times in UP NEXT.
On purpose: the order is the fact, and the forecast clocks move. Each row shows its usual length once it has been measured.
There is no Reports card.
Standing Watch and Prism leave it off: past runs are in the Overview’s Activity Monitor and on the Dashboard. Aurora keeps REPORTS on this view.
The prism is dark and sends no rays.
The account is stopped (or stopped by an error). Press Start.
Game calendar says Unknown.
During an SvS week the round is read once a game day, and it has not been read yet — or the switch is OFF. Turn it ON and keep the instance running.
The band is zoomed and I can't find now.
Click the arrow pointing to NOW, or click the band and press N, or press Esc for the whole day.
Everything is empty except one task.
That task is in Solo — the strip above the day says so. Exit Solo from its row on Duties.
A past day is missing from Reports.
Days with no runs are left out. Only today appears when it is empty.
The Buffs fact never stops turning.
Rest the pointer on it: it holds still while you hover.
