City tasks
Transport Resources
Sends resources from your city to another keep.
Transport Resources sends resources from this account’s city to another keep on the same server — typically a farm account feeding its main. You give it the keep’s place on the world map, which resources to send and how many transports a run; the bot goes to the world map, finds the keep and sends one full transport per free march, until your number is sent or the game’s daily transport limit is reached.
Instances ▸ open an instance ▸ Duties ▸ Common tasks ▸ Transport Resources ▸ ⚙, or click the row’s name. It is a duty, not a plan task, and this window is the only place it is set up. The row ships off with no keep and nothing picked, so it sends nothing until you choose.

Set it up
In the game, copy the other keep’s coordinates (or read them off its tile).
On Duties ▸ Common tasks, open Transport Resources and click the Setup tab.
Under Keep location, type or paste the coordinates into X and Y — a whole coordinate such as X:512 Y:733 pasted into either box fills both — and give the keep a Name if you like.
Under Resources, click each resource to send.
Under Transports, set how many one run sends.
On the Schedule tab, choose when it runs, click Done, and switch the row ON.
Every transport goes out full. A picked resource is sent as much as one transport carries, every run. Pick only what this city can spare.
The Setup tab
The tab’s note reads where it sends, what, and how many. Hover any part of the board for what it does.
Status line
What a run would do — for example Sends Food and Stone to Main · 5 transports a run — or, in orange, what is still missing: Choose the keep to send to · then pick what to send while both are, else Choose the keep to send to or Pick what to send alone.
Keep location
Where the resources go. The section line repeats it, for example Main · X:512 Y:733, or says what is wrong: Not set yet, Needs both X and Y, Off the map: X and Y run 1 to 1200.
Place — X and Y
The keep’s coordinates, 1 to 1200. Typing keeps digits only; a whole coordinate typed or pasted into either box (X:512 Y:733, 512, 733) fills both. A number off the map turns the box red. While no place is set, a line under it reads Paste X:512 Y:733 from the game into either box.
From Coordex
Shown only when one of your Coordex boards has a Home: pick a board to fill X and Y from its Home.
Name
Optional, up to 24 characters — Optional, e.g. Main. The Duties row and the activity log say it instead of the numbers.
Map plate
A small picture of the 1200 × 1200 world map with the keep pinned on it, so a typo shows as a pin in the wrong place. It reads NO KEEP YET until a place is set.
Resources
Four tiles — Food, Lumber, Stone, Ore. Click a tile (or press Space on it) to send that resource; it lights up and reads Sending. Click it again to leave it at home; it reads Not sent. There is no amount per resource. Default: none picked.
Transports — Each run sends
How many transports one run sends, 1–99, or 0 — As many as it can: keep sending while the picked resources last (the section line then reads Keeps sending while the picked resources last). Use − and +, drag the number sideways, click it to type, or scroll. Default: 1 transport.

Record line and Reset records
The Schedule tab: once a day, around a set time.
The Duties shelf’s own schedule, noted when and how often it sends, with one addition on Once a day: who picks the time.
How often
Once a day — one turn per game day. Every few hours — keeps coming back. Default: Once a day.
Timing
Shown for Once a day. Evonex picks the time — it goes at the first free moment of the game day, and pushes into a busy plan only as the reset gets close. Around a set time — it waits for the time you pick, then goes at the first free moment from then. Default: Evonex picks the time.
Around
Shown for Around a set time: the time on this PC’s clock. A task already running finishes first, so it can go a little after this time; if Evonex isn’t running then, it goes as soon as it can before the daily reset. Default: 20:00.
Run before plan tasks
Shown for Once a day while Evonex picks the time. On — it runs before the plan’s first task of the day, with every other duty ticked the same way. Default: off.
Come back every
Shown for Every few hours: 1–24 hours, counted from the last time it actually ran. Default: 6.
Run cap
Shown for Every few hours: Use up to N per Game day, 0–99. At 0 it reads No cap. Default: No cap.
Retry when it fails
1–10 tries a day, with growing waits between them. Default: 3.
The window’s buttons
Schedule / Setup
The two tabs. The window opens on Schedule and resizes to the tab you pick.
Reset card
On both tabs. Asks Reset card — Put the whole card back to its defaults? Schedule and Setup both reset. — and Reset puts the whole card back as it ships: no keep and no name, no resources picked, Transports back to 1, and the shipped schedule. Then it closes.
Record line and Reset records
What the duty has recorded about its own turns, and the button that forgets it so it may take another turn. Reset records asks first and leaves the window open.
Done
Saves both tabs and closes. ✕ or Esc closes without saving.
The row on Common tasks
Its second line says what a run sends and when, for example Food and Stone to Main · 5 transports a run · Once per game day · around 20:00. While the card is missing something it says only what is missing — Choose a keep and what to send with neither set, To Main · pick what to send with no resources, Food · choose the keep to send to with no keep — and the row reads Held.
How it runs
It goes to the world map and reads the March panel for a free march. With every march out it waits up to 5 minutes for one to come back.
It searches the keep’s coordinates, checks the map really went there, taps the keep and opens its Transport window.
It reads the day’s remaining transports, empties every resource you did not pick, and sends the picked ones full.
It does that once per free march, then reads the marches again — until your number of transports has gone, the day’s transport limit is reached, or the picked resources run out.
A run cut short remembers what it sent, so a later run that game day sends only the rest. Once the daily limit is reached, every later run that day ends at once.
The Activity Monitor on Overview shows the run as Sending 5 Food and Stone transports to Main…, then one row per transport — Sent Food and Stone to Main — and a finished line such as Sent 5 Food and Stone transports to Main, Sent 3 of 5 Food and Stone transports to Main · the daily transport limit is reached or No Food and Stone left in the city to send.
Examples
Farm feeding its main (Silverpine): Keep location — the main keep, named Main. Resources — Food and Stone. Each run sends 5 transports. Once a day, around 20:00.
Emptying a farm before it is retired (Ember Keep): all four resources, Each run sends As many as it can, once a day — it sends until the day’s limit or the stock runs out.
Troubleshooting
The row says Held.
The card is missing the keep or the resources. Open its ⚙; the Setup tab’s status line names what is missing.
The run says it couldn’t find the keep.
Couldn’t find the keep at X:512 Y:733 — check its coordinates on the card: the map reached those coordinates but there was no keep to transport to — it moved, the numbers are mistyped, or it is not in your alliance. Fix the coordinates; this ending does not use up a retry.
It says no march came free in 5 minutes.
Every march was out and none came back in time. The duty tries again later that day, up to Retry when it fails.
It stopped before my number of transports.
The game’s daily transport limit was reached, or the picked resources ran out. The finished line says which.
It sent a resource I did not pick.
It empties every unpicked resource before each send and checks each one reads 0; if one will not empty, the run stops before sending anything. Check the tiles on the Setup tab.
From Coordex is not there.
It appears only when one of your Coordex boards has a Home set. Type the coordinates instead, or set a Home in Coordex.
It runs later than the time I set.
Around a set time waits for that time, then takes the first free moment — a task already running finishes first.
